How we use your information We use your information to: - Respond to enquiries and provide quotes. - Carry out contracted works and manage aftercare. - Register insurance-backed guarantees with HomePro where applicable. - Meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. ## 3\. Lawful basis We process your data on the basis of contract (to provide the work you have asked us to do), legitimate interest (to respond to enquiries and run our business) and legal obligation (to keep accounting records). ## 4\. Sharing your information We do not sell your data. We share limited information only where necessary with: HomePro (for guarantee registration), our accountants and insurers, and — if you take up finance — our finance partner iDeal 4 Finance. Each is bound by data protection obligations. ## 5\. Retention Quote enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 12 months. Records of completed work, including invoices and guarantees, are kept for at least 7 years to meet HMRC and warranty obligations. ## 6\.
